In order for you to make your decision, we have listed the most frequently asked questions regarding the park.
Q) How much are your site fees?
A) For 2011 the Site fees have been set at £2340.00 for 71/2 months and £2739.00 for 10 1/2 months. If paid before 31st October each year you receive £100 off. There is also the opportunity to receive another 1% discount off your fee's.
Q) Can we bring our pet dog with us to our holiday home?
A) Provided your dog is kept on a lead in the park and is not a nuisance to other owners.
Q) Do we have to pay our rates separately?
A) No. Water rates are included along with Club and pool membership.
Q) What other costs are there each year that we need to budget for?
A) Along with gas and electricity which on average costs between £120 - £150 per year, you are required to insure your caravan. We also carry out a compulsory annual safety inspection on Gas fittings and Electric at £49.00 each.
Q) We own a caravan on another park, can we bring it here?
A) Unfortunately due to limited number of plots available we are unable to accept move on's.
Had a very enjoyable time. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, after one meeting they greet you like a friend. 3 days before we were due to go we had a phone call to say that the people in the caravan the week before us had broke the oven and they could not get a replacement oven or another caravan to move us to. We still agreed to go and the lady in recerption visited us many times offering to take things home and cook for us or see if there was anything else she could do for us. They even offered us a move half way through the hols and said they would help us move, we declined the move as we were very pleases with the cleanliness and comfort of the caravan. Every day you see the lads and girls going round the park picking up litter by hand. Justin in the club is really entertaining doing his Rolf Harris song party piece. Many thanks to all staff.
